You've been in an automobile or motorcycle or bicycle accident and you were injured. Now what do you do? Call a personal injury attorney right away. The advice you receive may save your claim. If you delay, you may make mistakes that will permanently prejudice your claim and prevent you from getting a fair settlement with the insurance company. The following is a list of the Seven Deadly Sins that people commit after a motor vehicle accident:
1. Not taking photos of injuries
2. Not taking photos of property damage
3. Not taking photos of the scene.
4. Not getting the names and addresses of witnesses
5. Not getting immediate medical attention.
6. Missing medical appointments
7. Talking to the insurance adjusters
I will add more details in the next few blogs. Of course, there are many more mistakes that people commit, and I will try to add them as we go along.
