Children's educational toy poses a chocking hazard to infants.
Infantino designs and manufactures Models 5349, 6087, 6132 and 0906 of their "toy castle", which can pose a choking hazard to children. The dangerous toy contains counting beads on a colored rod. The risk occurs because the rod can come loose, allowing the beads to slide off. The beads are small enough to enter a child's throat and become a choking hazard, making this a dangerous product for infants. Parents should take this product away from their children immediately, and then visit service.infantino.com for information on exchanging the faulty product for a safe replacement.
